Chilli Prawns:

Chilli prawns are a good Non-Veg snack / starter. Prawns here in US are easy to cook as they are cleaned and tailed off in the frozen section.Just we need to marinate it and fry them. So the process will take less time, but more tasty & crispy too.Try the chilli prawns/ prawns 65 and give your comments.

Preparation:

Wash the shrimps/prawns, drain and mix it with lemon juice, salt and keep aside.

In a bowl, mix the corn flour, Maida, salt, red chilli powder, coriander, cumin & pepper powder and then add ginger garlic paste also.

To this flour mix add the prawns and marinate it for 1/ 2 hr.

Meanwhile heat the oil in a fry pan and keep it ready.
After 30 mins, the prawns will be nicely coated with all the mix .Now drop the prawns one by one in to the hot oil and deep fry in 4 -5 batches.

Drain the excess oil in paper towel and enjoy the chilli prawns with onion slices and some lettuce.

Note:
